This furniture oiling kit is a cost effective way of refinishing your furniture at home. You can remove built up grime, sand smooth, and refinish with a hydrophobic extra tough oiled finish, all in one pre-assembled kit!

This kit includes :
Mineral Turps - Easily dissolve and remove oil and grime
4x Sand Paper Grades - Grits 180, 240, 320 & 400 for a perfectly smooth finish
500ml Tung Oil - Re-oil for a nourished and protected surface. Scratch resistant and easily touched up
Cork Sanding Block - To achieve a flat sanded surface with minimal effort
0000 Steel Wool - Scrub the surface for a fresher clean lookĀ

How to use this kit in 3 simple steps
Step 1 - Clean the surface with Mineral Turpentine and steel wool. This will stop the sand paper clogging upĀ
Step 2 - Using the provided papers, sand the surface working through the 4 different grits. Start with 180 grit and finish with 400 grit. This will remove scratches and ensure the new oil bonds to the clean timber surface
Step 3 - Mix the remaining Mineral turpentine with Tung oil in a 50/50 ratio. Apply a generous amount to the timber, saturating the surface. Allow the oil to soak in for 30 minutes before wiping dry with a clean cloth. Repeat as many times as you like until you're satisfied with the finish, waiting 24 hours between coats
