Made from a superior blend of Australian beeswax (washed 3 times to rid all impurities), eucalyptus oil and other selected oils. Hand made and poured into the can by hand to ensure every batch is made with quality and care. Our fully natural beeswax will add a beautiful gloss finish to any piece of furniture. For a low shine finish try our finishing wax. Beeswax is used by collectors all over the world to enhance and nourish your wood. Rejuvenate, protect and restore your cherished furniture. Please read the application details below for the best results.

All of our beeswax products include 10 grams of Australian made, extra fine SIFA wire wool. The wire wool that we provide can be used to apply the first coat of beeswax to any soiled areas of the furniture.

Can be used to protect: Wood, Leather, Plastic, Metals (Ferrous or non Ferrous)

Selecting a Wax Colour

The colour of wax will NOT change the colour of the furniture and does NOT need to match the colour of the timber. The wax is only coloured to fill small cracks, holes and joints and help hide the imperfections your furniture may have. Imperfections can easily be hidden when filled with coloured wax that is similar to the timber.

APPLICATION METHOD

Make sure the surface is clean from oils and silicone polish, this can affect the quality of the finish.

Using a small piece of lint free cloth, old tee-shirt or similar, apply a even coat of wax making sure you have no lumps, let dry for 1 hour depending on the room temperature. Buff with a new cloth, the more you buff the better the finish. Repeat the process again, with slightly less wax for a higher shine.

For soiled areas use a piece of extra fine wire wool ā€œ0000ā€. When applying the first coat of wax. Please note that with course grained timber sometimes the wax will be a bit smudgy ,buff again the next day.

All waxes take time to harden buffing over a long period of time (once a mouth with no need to apply more wax) will make the piece more beautiful.
